30-day returns: You may return any item within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging, for a full refund of the product price.
Damaged or defective items: If anything arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required.

Refund timing: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return being received.
